The atmosphere here is casual, and our gourmet chef is renowned for being one of the best in the country. The chefs are masters of their fields and only use the highest quality Greenlandic and international ingredients. The experience is further enhanced by the breathtaking views of the port in Ilulissat and life on the waters of the Disko Bay between two gigantic icebergs.

Our menus are created according to the season. Therefore, we are in daily contact with local fishermen and sealers so that we can serve our guests meals made from local ingredients of the highest quality.
Our baker prepares delicious home-made bread for every meal, and our butcher ensures we receive the right cuts of meat and fish.
There will be beer – and it will be the best. We have invested a lot of energy into our selection of beers and work together with the microbrewery Mikkeller to ensure that we have a varied and exciting range for our six taps.
We are particularly proud of our latest beer – Iskold Grønlandspost – which is brewed as part of a collaboration between Mikkel Bjergsø from Mikkeller and Hotel Arctic.
