Our talented chefs compose harmonious and exquisite dishes that combine traditional Greenlandic cooking with international tastes and compositions. We strive to only use exquisite Greenlandic ingredients that we prepare ourselves, including musk ox, reindeer, snow bunnies, grouse, fish and seafood as well as herbs, lichen and seaweed.
We follow the seasons, and our summer menu reflects the local vegetables and wild mushrooms, berries and herbs that nature has to offer, which we collect on the mountains.
It is simple, pure and fresh – it is Greenland.
