For generations, meat from marine mammals, game, birds and fish have been staples of Greenlandic cooking.

Our talented chefs compose harmonious and exquisite dishes that combine traditional Greenlandic cooking with international tastes and compositions. We strive to only use exquisite Greenlandic ingredients that we prepare ourselves, including musk ox, reindeer, snow bunnies, grouse, fish and seafood as well as herbs, lichen and seaweed.

We follow the seasons, and our summer menu reflects the local vegetables and wild mushrooms, berries and herbs that nature has to offer, which we collect on the mountains.

It is simple, pure and fresh – it is Greenland.

Wine Bar

Wine and food are two separate elements that together transform a good meal into a gastronomical experience. We have an extensive wine menu with wines from several continents and of different grape varieties. In addition to the wine menu, we have a wide range of wines in our well-stocked cellar.

We are constantly developing our wine menus in accordance with our seasonal menus. Sit back and relax with your favourite wine or let our sommelier guide you.
